Diagnosing life-changing conditions more quickly.
The Community Diagnostic Centre is part of a national initiative to improve NHS patients’ access to essential medical tests and scans, allowing them to be seen faster and closer to home.
By locating centres away from NHS hospitals, the programme helps protect hospital capacity while providing additional support to the community.
These centres offer planned diagnostic procedures, including blood tests, X-rays, MRI and CT scans, cardiac investigations and endoscopies, ensuring patients get prompt and accurate results.
Community Diagnostic Services are available to adults (over 18) only.
Diagnostic electrocardiograms (ECG's), Echocardiograms, and Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.
Advanced tests, including Spiro, Feno, and full lung function tests, to support the diagnosis and management of respiratory conditions.
We provide patients with a 30-minute telephone assessment with an endoscopy nurse before their procedure.
For patients suffering from sleep disorders.
Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) or other sleep disorders.Â
